Gluten free delights...


  • Halva chocolate coated bar - this just crumbles in your mouth and is such a rich nutty flavour, delicious!
  • Eat real hummus chips - I'm totally addicted to these in the creamy dill flavour.
  • Ingredients to make my favourite cinnamon healthy homemade popcorn - I have a full blog post 'here'
  • Gluten free homemade dark chocolate chip pancakes - I usually make these every weekend, yum!
  • Gluten free fairy buns -  everyone needs little treats like these in their life. These were the best ones I've ever made, so light:)
  • Gluten free energy bites - These are brilliant pick me up treats when coming home from work or I sometimes bring a couple to work with me to get me through the day. I have a full post 'here' on how to make them.
  • Gluten free quiche - this was my first attempt at making a quiche, turned out pretty well. I still need to perfect my gluten free pastry.

I would love to start incorporating more of my day to day gluten free recipes into my blog. Let me know if you would like me to make any specific gluten free items. Also if you have recently been diagnosed with Coeliac Disease I want you to know that it isn't the end of the world (like I thought over 5 years ago), as you can see by my pictures above you can still eat and make wonderful goodies!:) I would recommend that you learn how to bake and cook as you then know what ingredients are being added.
