Ingredients
2 TBSP organic agave nectar/honey
1 large free range egg
quarter cup of gluten free oats
2 cups of gluten free self raising flour
1 cup organic semi skimmed milk or rice milk, almond milk etc
 

I like to use this odourless coconut oil when frying the pancake mixture






Voila a leaning tower of very rustic gluten free pancakes, yum!

These are very filling so are perfect for breakfast. Let me know if you make them and tweet me a picture:)
